This auspicious day is marked by new beginnings and endless possibilities, making it the perfect time to take part in our seva offerings.
AKSHAYA TRITIYA
Akshaya Tritiya, also known as Akti or Akha Teej, is a significant festival in the Hindu calendar that falls on the third day of the bright half of Vaishakha month. It is believed that any activity or charity done on this day brings eternal benefits and good fortune.
We offer various sevas on this auspicious day to help you make the most of Akshaya Tritiya.
Annadana Seva: Akshaya Tritiya is the perfect day to give food in charity through Annadana, as it is believed that on this day, Goddess Annapoorna Devi appeared. Your contribution will help us feed the needy and provide them with nutritious meals.
Gau Seva: As cows are considered sacred, serving them is a form of seva that is highly revered.
Help us care for and feed our beloved cows. Your donations can help us provide food, shelter,
and medical care.
Akshaya Tritiya Special Homa Seva: Participate in our special homa seva on Akshaya Tritiya to
invoke the blessings of Goddess Lakshmi.
Significance of Akshaya Tritiya
- On Akshaya Tritiya, Lord Parashurama, the sixth avatar of Lord Vishnu, was born. He is known for his devotion to Lord Vishnu and his skill with the axe.
- Akshaya Tritiya is also the day when Lord Krishna presented the Akshaya Patra, a never- ending vessel of food, to the Pandavas during their exile in the forest.
- Kubera, the god of wealth, received his wealth and position on Akshaya Tritiya from Lord Shiva.
