February 14, 2019, is a day that is remembered throughout the nation for ghastly Pulwama attack. The cause of the attack is not merely a bomb blast, but the persons behind it. Similarly, the root cause of the COVID-19 pandemic is not merely a virus but the cause which introduced the virus into human society. This cause is a hidden secret that is unexposed to billions of people.
Whenever there are disturbances or miseries, one searches for the root cause and tries to fix it. In history, humanity faced a variety of problems- pandemics, terrorist attacks, pollution, global warming, war, natural disturbances like a tsunami, and the list is unending. Apart from that, on an individual level, there is a predominant rise of anxiety, depression, confusion, frustration, and uncertainty. The predicaments that humanity faced from an individual to the global level were uncountable, and we expect the same in the future. Hence, an intelligent person asks about the root of all these problems and finds a solution.
Exposing the secret- the root of all problems
Srila Prabhupada explains, "The sufferings of humanity are due to forgetfulness of Krishna as the supreme enjoyer, the supreme proprietor, and the supreme friend." In other words, Srila Prabhupada was saying, Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead when one forgets this fact; material nature imposes uncountable problems from an individual level to the global level.
The word 'forgetfulness' means Godlessness or a lack of God-consciousness. One of the fundamental laws of material nature is, 'More the people become Godless, more the punishment awaits.' Material nature is not a dull matter. It works with precise laws governed by a superior arrangement.
Due to a lack of basic Vedic knowledge, billions of people are unaware of this essential fact. Therefore, this fact remains a hidden secret.
Exposing the secret- one solution to all problems
Srila Prabhupada said in a lecture on SB 7.9.10, Montreal, July 9, 1968 ---
"So our only appeal to you, all people of the world, that we are embarrassed with so many problems. So we say this is the only solution. There is no price; there is no tax; there is no, I mean to say, imposition of previous qualifications. Simply chant Hare Kṛṣṇa. This is our propaganda. And see the result. Sixteen words: Hare Kṛṣṇa, Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa, Hare Hare/ Hare Rāma, Hare Rāma, Rāma Rāma. So we request everyone to chant this transcendental vibration and see the result. There is no question that you have to change your religion; you have to change your dress, change your occupation. No. Simply go on chanting."
Therefore, becoming God-conscious is the one-stop solution to uncountable problems. Chanting Hare Krishna Mahamantra is the easiest way of becoming God-conscious as well as Yug-dharma, the occupational duty of humanity in this age.
In all Vedic literature, this process of chanting Hare Krishna Mahamantra is especially stressed for the current age called Kali-yuga for getting out of unlimited problems and go back to Godhead at the end of this life. For want of sufficient Vedic knowledge, this fundamental fact remains a secret to the entire humanity.
Every intelligent human being must take advantage of these secrets seriously and practice them without delay to bring auspiciousness to humanity. Srila Prabhupada says that even 1% of the whole population practices seriously and become Krishna conscious, it changes the face of the world.
14 फरवरी 2019, वह दिन है जिसे पूरे देश में भयावह पुलवामा हमले के लिए याद किया जाता है। हमले की वजह महज़ बम विस्फोट नहीं, बल्कि इसके पीछे के लोग हैं। इसी तरह, कोविड-19 महामारी का मूल कारण महज एक वायरस नहीं है, बल्कि वह कारण है जिसने इस वायरस को मानव समाज में पहुंचाया। यह कारण एक छिपा हुआ रहस्य है जो अरबों लोगों के सामने उजागर नहीं हुआ है।
जब भी कोई गड़बड़ी या दुख होता है, तो व्यक्ति मूल कारण की खोज करता है और उसे ठीक करने का प्रयास करता है। इतिहास में, मानवता को विभिन्न प्रकार की समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा है - महामारी, आतंकवादी हमले, प्रदूषण, ग्लोबल वार्मिंग, युद्ध, सुनामी जैसी प्राकृतिक गड़बड़ी, और यह सूची अंतहीन है। इसके अलावा, व्यक्तिगत स्तर पर, चिंता, अवसाद, भ्रम, हताशा और अनिश्चितता में प्रमुख वृद्धि हुई है। एक व्यक्ति से लेकर वैश्विक स्तर तक मानवता को जिन कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ा, वे अनगिनत थीं और हम भविष्य में भी ऐसी ही उम्मीद करते हैं। इसलिए, एक बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति इन सभी समस्याओं की जड़ के बारे में पूछता है और समाधान ढूंढता है।
रहस्य उजागर करना-सभी समस्याओं की जड़
श्रील प्रभुपाद बताते हैं, "मानवता के कष्ट सर्वोच्च भोक्ता, सर्वोच्च मालिक और सर्वोच्च मित्र के रूप में कृष्ण की भूल के कारण हैं।" दूसरे शब्दों में, श्रील प्रभुपाद कह रहे थे, जब कोई इस तथ्य को भूल जाता है तो कृष्ण ही भगवान हैं; भौतिक प्रकृति व्यक्तिगत स्तर से लेकर वैश्विक स्तर तक असंख्य समस्याएँ उत्पन्न करती है।
'विस्मृति' शब्द का अर्थ ईश्वरहीनता या ईश्वर-चेतना की कमी है। भौतिक प्रकृति के मूलभूत नियमों में से एक है, 'जितने अधिक लोग ईश्वरविहीन हो जाते हैं, उतनी ही अधिक सज़ा का इंतजार होता है।' भौतिक प्रकृति कोई नीरस पदार्थ नहीं है. यह एक बेहतर व्यवस्था द्वारा शासित सटीक कानूनों के साथ काम करता है।
रहस्य उजागर करना-सभी समस्याओं का एक ही समाधान
श्रील प्रभुपाद ने एसबी 7.9.10, मॉन्ट्रियल, 9 जुलाई 1968 को एक व्याख्यान में कहा ---
"तो दुनिया के सभी लोगों से हमारी एक ही अपील है कि हम इतनी सारी समस्याओं से शर्मिंदा हैं। इसलिए हम कहते हैं कि यही एकमात्र समाधान है। कोई कीमत नहीं है; कोई कर नहीं है; कोई नहीं है, मेरे कहने का मतलब है , पिछली योग्यताओं को लागू करना। बस हरे कृष्ण का जाप करें। यह हमारा प्रचार है। और परिणाम देखें। सोलह शब्द: हरे कृष्ण, हरे कृष्ण, कृष्ण कृष्ण, हरे हरे / हरे राम, हरे राम, राम राम। इसलिए हम सभी से अनुरोध करते हैं को इस दिव्य कंपन का जप करें और परिणाम देखें। इसमें कोई सवाल नहीं है कि आपको अपना धर्म बदलना होगा; आपको अपनी पोशाक बदलनी होगी, अपना व्यवसाय बदलना होगा। नहीं। बस जप करते रहो।"
इसलिए, ईश्वर-चेतन बनना अनगिनत समस्याओं का एकमात्र समाधान है। हरे कृष्ण महामंत्र का जप ईश्वर-चेतना के साथ-साथ युग-धर्म, इस युग में मानवता का व्यावसायिक कर्तव्य बनने का सबसे आसान तरीका है।
सभी वैदिक साहित्य में, हरे कृष्ण महामंत्र का जाप करने की इस प्रक्रिया पर विशेष रूप से वर्तमान युग, जिसे कलियुग कहा जाता है, के लिए जोर दिया गया है ताकि असीमित समस्याओं से बाहर निकलकर इस जीवन के अंत में भगवान के पास वापस जाया जा सके। पर्याप्त वैदिक ज्ञान के अभाव में यह मौलिक तथ्य संपूर्ण मानवता के लिए रहस्य बना हुआ है।
प्रत्येक बुद्धिमान मनुष्य को इन रहस्यों का गंभीरता से लाभ उठाना चाहिए और मानवता का कल्याण करने के लिए अविलम्ब इनका अभ्यास करना चाहिए। श्रील प्रभुपाद कहते हैं कि पूरी आबादी का 1% भी गंभीरता से अभ्यास करता है और कृष्ण के प्रति जागरूक हो जाता है, इससे दुनिया का चेहरा बदल जाता है।
बुनियादी वैदिक ज्ञान की कमी के कारण अरबों लोग इस आवश्यक तथ्य से अनजान हैं। अत: यह तथ्य गुप्त रहस्य बना हुआ है।
