Why Radharani's name comes before Krishna's

Why Radharani’s name comes before Krishna’s? Why do we say "Radha Krishna" and not "Krishna Radha"?

Lord Krishna is the supreme energetic – the source of all energies and Radharani is the spiritual energy of Krishna. Without energy, there cannot be energetic, and without the energetic, there is no energy. Just like the sun cannot be without sunshine and the sunshine cannot be without the sun. Similarly, without Radha there is no meaning to Krishna, and without Krishna there is no meaning to Radha. Because of this, the Vaishnava philosophy first of all pays obeisances to and worships Radharani.

Lord Krishna says in the Bhagavad-gita, “daivim prakritim asritah” – great souls take shelter of my spiritual energy. It is not possible to approach Krishna directly, so the devotees pray to Radharani and Krishna. By the mercy of Radharani, one can approach Krishna easily. Thus the Lord and His potency are always referred to as Radha-Krishna. Similarly, the vaishnavas worship Lakshmi-Narayana or Sita-Rama. In any case—Sita-Rama, Radha-Krishna, Lakshmi-Narayana—the potency always comes first.
